A 75 unit Assisted Living Community is seeking a hospitality-minded, energetic Sales and Marketing Director to assist prospective residents and families with making the transition to our senior living community.  This individual would be a key member of our management team, upholding our community’s mission and values, and would report directly to the Executive Director.

*2,000 sign on bonus after 120 days*

Key responsibilities include:

  • Outreach and Relationship Development  
  • Professional Networking 
  • Advertising 
  • Internal Event Planning
  • Development of Sales and Marketing Plans and Strategies 
  • Sales Presentations to Prospective Residents/Families

We seek the following principal qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing preferred.  Candidates with an alternative degree who possess Senior Living Sales and Marketing experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing required.  A proven success record and closing skills are a must.   
  • Knowledge of You’ve Got Leads Management System.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Must be confident, self-disciplined, demonstrate initiative and be attentive to detail.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Sales Strategies

The Marketing Director will have goals to meet that include monthly and quarterly move in goals.   There is a bonus structure for the Marketing Director when goals are met.   We also offer a move in commission for each move in.
